i am a 32 year old woman diagnosed with stage 3 bone cancer. will it spread to other parts of my body ?

STAGE III bone cancers at this stage are localized in the same bone whereas it may have spread to several places within the same bone.

stage 3 cancer will not spread to other parts of the body.
It will be localized in a particular area.
Only stage 4 cancer will spread to other areas of our body.
