Please follow the guidelines in order, as shown in the chart, understand this coding before you get into the guidelines,

Code A Tablet will disperse in 1-2 minutes.
Code B Tablet will disperse in greater than 2 minutes.
Code C Liquid preparation available.
Code D Dilute reconstituted injection with 30-60ml of water before administering.
Code E Oral solution/suspension can be prepared by the local pharmacy
