Two Clinical Pharmacists required at UOL Teaching Hospital
Minimum Requirements: PharmD degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience of clinical pharmacist rounds
Responsibilities: Manage the clinical pharmacy services including point of care pharmacy rounds with multidisciplinary teams, review of patient profile and identification and rectification of drug related problems; Teaching of Pharm.D undergraduate students of Faculty of Pharmacy, UOL; Participating in the Medicines Information and Pharmacovigilance Service.
Salary: Handsome salary package based on Clinical experience
