It’s a revolution when “US FDA” approved yesterday the FIRST gene-therapy medicine indicated for a disease other than cancer.

There is a kind of vision-loss for people due to the defective gene namely “RPE65”.
“RPE65” gene produces a protein in our eye-cell which contributes to vision.
Vision-loss due to this “RPE65” gene is a hereditary disease and around 2000 people are being diagnosed in the USA every year.
“LUXTURNA” contains good “RPE65” genes and by administration of this to the eye can replace defective “RPE65” genes and thus can give vision.
