No, antibiotics do not work against viruses, only bacteria.

The new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is a virus and, therefore, antibiotics should not be used as a means of prevention or treatment.

However, if you are hospitalized for the 2019-nCoV, you may receive antibiotics because bacterial co-infection is possible.

People should not take any self medication without doctors consultation - e.g antibiotics as prophylaxis medication - Improper use of antibiotics will lead resistance and other complications

Till now no one proved that Antibiotic are effective against Corona virus , it will be effective only against bacteria.
To date there is no specific medicine recommended to prevent or treat the new corona virus,
but they will provide Antibiotic when you affected and admitted in hospital because there may be a chance of co-infection with bacteria
