Email Notifications system
To receive email notifications registered user should subscribe or bookmark the topic as it displayed in the following image

Whatsapp Notifications system
To receive whatsapp notifications user should follow the steps
1. Register yourself with the forum
2. Select user control panel
3. Select profile option
4. Enter your mobile number ( You can choose country code from the prefixed options)

5. Select board preference
6. Find edit notifications options and select preferred notifications from whatsapp.
